My treatment methods
I treat each person individually and holistically. Chinese Medicine makes no difference between the mind and body, and thus I treat a human as a psychophysical being, taking each persons constitution in concideration.
You can make a booking to an acupuncture session, reflexology, cupping or Tuina massage. As beauty tretments I offer cosmetic guasha and cosmetic acupuncture that focus on the facial skin condition. The more detailed descriptions are found in my price list. I also guide in nutrition according to the TCM principles, because food plays an important role in achieving long term health effects.
Jinshen stands for conciousness and vitality. Jing is the essence of the kidneys that includes the dna, and Shen stands for the conciousness residing in the heart. The heart is ordered in the fire element, and the kidneys in the water element. Together they form the essential fire-water axis of the body. The joy and warmth of the heart combined with the ancient wisdom of water together create a foundation which carries the human throughout their lives.

Mihin akupunktio auttaa?
Akupunktio on lääkkeetön hoitomuoto joka on kehittynyt vuosituhansien saatossa ja jota käytetään sen tehokkuuden vuoksi edelleen. Akupunktio on Perinteinen kiinalaisen lääketieteen eli TCM:n Unescon tunnustamaa aineetonta kulttuuriperintöä. Se parantaa vastustuskykyä, hoitaa unettomuutta ja eri syistä johtuvia kipuja. Akupunktiosta voit saada avun esim. tuki- ja liikuntaelinten sairauksiin, iho-ongelmiin, gynekologisiin ongelmiin, uupumukseen, allergioihin, ruoansulatusvaivoihin jne. Lisäksi akupunktio on hyvä tukihoito lääkehoidon ohella esim. hedelmällisyyshoidoissa ja monissa pitkäaikaisissa sairauksissa.
Acupuncture is not painful. The needles are thin and go through the skin easily. Light sensations such as pressure is very common. I only use one time needles in order to achieve the best level of hygiene.
